This data is deleted immediately after the “kicker sticker” has been generated unless other statutory retention periods apply.
As part of this data processing, your personal data will be deleted immediately after the “kicker sticker” has been generated. Nevertheless, you can request information about the personal data stored about you at any time. In addition, under certain conditions, you can request the correction or deletion of your data. You may also have the right to restrict the processing of your data and the right to receive the data you have provided in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. You can also object to data processing. In addition, you can revoke your consent at any time and without reason in order to prevent the further use of your personal data that was collected and used on the basis of a declaration of consent. The consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time. The withdrawal of consent is possible by sending an e-mail to datenschutz@uniqa.at. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
